Seeking a junior-to-mid-level associate to join a national employee benefits and executive compensation practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices (New York, Pittsburgh, Boston, Atlanta) and will sit on a collaborative team that advises on a wide range of employee benefit plans, health and welfare programs, and executive compensation arrangements.

Day-to-day work includes supporting transactional benefits (M&A-related benefits), counseling on qualified retirement plans, executive compensation design and documentation, and health & welfare plan matters. The team handles matters for a diverse client base and offers formal benefits and professional development resources.

  • Junior-to-mid-level associate with experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters
  • Practical experience with M&A-related benefits work, qualified retirement plans, and health & welfare plans
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills; ability to work collaboratively on deal and counseling matters
