Join a busy London employment team advising employers on a mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters. The role involves tribunal and High Court litigation, day‑to‑day advisory work, employment aspects of corporate transactions, investigations and large‑scale restructurings.

The team works closely with corporate, litigation and data/privacy colleagues on international matters and provides strategic employment input on M&A, TUPE and post‑completion integration. The firm promotes an inclusive, collaborative culture with formal employee networks and support for development.

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with approximately 3–6 years PQE.
  • Proven experience advising corporate clients across the full spectrum of employment law, including contentious and non‑contentious work.
  • Experience of restructurings, collective redundancies, TUPE and employment aspects of M&A (due diligence, warranties/indemnities, post‑completion integration).
  • Ability to manage matters with limited supervision, work to budget, and collaborate across practices; strong drafting and advocacy skills.
