Opportunity for a qualified employment lawyer to join a flexible resourcing team supporting a major client on a fully remote basis. Assignments may be full- or part-time and are delivered through the firm's adaptive consultancy model.

You will be supported by an internal sponsor and have access to the firm's know-how, resources and training while working on external assignments. The role suits candidates who can operate autonomously, meet tight deadlines and collaborate with client and internal teams.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship) and will undergo standard background screening.

  • Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK employment law qualification
  • Significant experience in employment law
  • Experience working in-house preferred
  • Ability to work remotely, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and a collaborative, problem-solving approach
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
