NQ Solicitor — Equity Incentives, London

Join a specialist equity incentives and employee ownership team within a tax and private client practice. The role offers hands-on exposure to designing and implementing equity-based incentive plans, establishing employee benefit and ownership trusts, and advising on tax aspects of employment-related securities.

You will support transactional work such as M&A and IPO-related incentives, often with international elements, and draft plan rules, option agreements, trust deeds and corporate minutes. The team is small, highly regarded and offers clear progression and direct client contact.

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), NQ level
• Training seat or equivalent experience in incentives/benefits, tax or corporate
• Strong academic background and demonstrable interest in employee incentives, share valuations and EOT/ESOP work
• Experience drafting plan documentation and supporting transactional due diligence; good commercial awareness and client-facing skills
