Join a busy London employment, pensions and immigration team that operates a market-recognised Employment Privacy/DSAR service. The role supports the expansion of a bespoke DSAR offering advising employer clients across financial services, technology, healthcare and commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will work under senior DSAR lawyers on sensitive and complex data subject access requests (including matters involving discrimination, whistleblowing and redundancy), receive bespoke DSAR training, and contribute to service development and quality control across the client base.

Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer, 0–2 years PQE
Strong academic background (2:1 degree or equivalent)
Good employment law grounding desirable and a keen interest in data protection/DSAR work
Ability to manage high-value, time-sensitive matters and maintain consistency across client work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to assist in supervising junior fee-earners and contribute to knowledge-building and business development
