You will handle a varied caseload for private‑sector respondent clients and senior executives across sectors such as retail, sports, manufacturing, financial services, industrial services and healthcare.
The role covers tribunal litigation, day‑to‑day HR advisory work, TUPE and redundancy projects, corporate transactional support, and executive severance/settlement matters. You will supervise junior lawyers and have regular opportunities to support business development and team growth.

- Qualified solicitor with approximately 4–8 years PQE in employment law.
- Experience in employment tribunal litigation and advising HR/clients on restructurings, TUPE and settlement agreements.
- Strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Proven client relationship skills, commercial awareness and an appetite for business development.
- Team player with good time management, discretion and the ability to work under pressure.
