Employment Attorney — Employment & Labor, Los Angeles

Seeking an experienced employment litigation attorney to join a national labor & employment practice in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on defense-side workplace matters, including wage & hour class actions, PAGA, and other employment disputes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on workplace law issues (wage & hour, ADA and accommodations, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, policies), and managing litigation tasks such as witness interviews, document review, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and attending hearings.

• Minimum 3 years of employment litigation experience, with Wage & Hour, Class Action and PAGA matter experience preferred
• Admitted to practice in California
• Proven litigation skills: drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, depositions, and courtroom appearances
• Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
