Employment Attorney — Wage & Hour (Los Angeles)

Seeking an experienced employment litigator to join a national full‑service law firm’s Los Angeles employment team. The role focuses on defending and counseling employers in FEHA matters and wage & hour litigation, handling matters from intake through trial where needed.

The successful candidate will manage client work across counseling and litigation, draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, and participate in depositions and hearings. The team offers flexible work arrangements and a range of compensation and benefits.

California bar admission is required; remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered depending on practice needs.

• Approximately 3 years of substantial employment litigation experience, including FEHA and wage & hour matters
• Admitted to practice in California
• Strong analytical, legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases from inception through resolution and work directly with clients
