Short-term (3 month), full-time (hybrid) role with a leading international law firm's flexible legal-resourcing team. The engagement sits within the Employment & Industrial Relations practice supporting a major financial-services client on a payroll remediation program.

The role involves reviewing and drafting business requirements for a new payroll platform, identifying gaps in the current system build, and supporting end-to-end remediation to ensure compliance with employment and industrial relations obligations. You will work closely with an internal IR team and stakeholders across the business.

Minimum ~5 years' employment / industrial relations experience
Proven payroll remediation or wage-and-hour compliance experience, including drafting business requirements for payroll systems
Strong knowledge of industrial relations law and Enterprise Agreements
Ability to analyse complex employment issues and communicate clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Current practising certificate and legal right to work in Australia
