Top-tier national law firm has an opening in its Employment & Labor practice for an associate with 2–5 years' experience. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and combines litigation case work with employment counseling for corporate clients.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews/investigations, and brief drafting, together with advising clients on employment policies, statutory and regulatory compliance, and separation agreements. The team values strong writing, client communication, and a collaborative approach to mentoring junior lawyers.

2–5 years' post-qualification experience in employment litigation and counseling
Demonstrated experience in research, discovery, witness interviews/investigations, and brief writing
Experience advising on employment policies, compliance, and separation agreements
Active admission to the California bar (required)
Strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication, and willingness to train junior associates
