Day‑to‑day responsibilities include case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews/investigations, and brief drafting, together with advising clients on employment policies, statutory and regulatory compliance, and separation agreements. The team values strong writing, client communication, and a collaborative approach to mentoring junior lawyers.
- 2–5 years' post-qualification experience in employment litigation and counseling
- Demonstrated experience in research, discovery, witness interviews/investigations, and brief writing
- Experience advising on employment policies, compliance, and separation agreements
- Active admission to the California bar (required)
- Strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication, and willingness to train junior associates
