Employment & Labor Associate — San Francisco

Top-tier national law firm is seeking an associate to join its Employment & Labor practice in the San Francisco office. The role combines day-to-day employment counseling for corporate clients with litigation work and transactional support on M&A matters.

The team advises on a broad range of workplace issues; the ideal candidate will be comfortable counseling clients, managing disputes, and contributing to transactional due diligence and integration work. The group offers a collaborative platform and formal benefits and parental leave programs.

• 2–5 years of experience in employment and labor law, including both counseling and litigation work
• Experience supporting employment aspects of M&A or other transactions preferred
• Strong drafting, communication and client-facing skills
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
