Employment & Labor Associate

Seeking an associate to join a national employment & labor practice with positions available in its Bay Area offices. The role combines counseling and litigation work, with regular involvement supporting employment issues on M&A transactions.

The team advises a range of corporate clients on day‑to‑day employment matters, internal investigations, and dispute resolution. Ideal candidates are self‑starting, excellent writers, and comfortable managing both transactional and litigation assignments.

• 2–5 years of experience in employment & labor law
• Experience handling both employment counseling and employment litigation
• Familiarity with employment issues arising in M&A transactions
• Strong writing, communication, and client‑service skills
