Successful candidates will handle case development, discovery, witness interviews and investigations, and brief writing, while also advising on employment policies, statutory and regulatory compliance, and separation agreements. 2–5 years of employment & labor experience (litigation and counseling)
Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills; experience with discovery and investigations
Experience advising on employment policies, compliance, and separation agreements
Admission to the California Bar required
Strong academics, communication skills, initiative, and ability to mentor junior lawyers
