- 2–5 years of employment & labor experience (litigation and counseling)
- Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills; experience with discovery and investigations
- Experience advising on employment policies, compliance, and separation agreements
- Admission to the California Bar required
- Strong academics, communication skills, initiative, and ability to mentor junior lawyers
