Leading international law firm seeking a senior employment partner to succeed a retiring partner in the Berlin office. The role will take responsibility for an established team and lead client-facing work across contentious and advisory employment matters.

The successful candidate will build and retain client relationships, manage and develop lawyers, and help grow the local practice. This is a visible role within the office with opportunities to collaborate across the firm's regional and international practice network.

  • Proven partner-level track record in employment and labor law.
  • Established, portable client relationships and demonstrable business development ability.
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex client matters.
  • Fluency in German and English; familiarity with the German market.
