Senior hire sought to lead and grow a combined Employment & Labor and Tax practice in the firm's Berlin office. The role will advise domestic and international clients on complex employment law matters, tax implications of workforce arrangements, restructurings and cross-border issues.

The partner will manage and develop client relationships, supervise and mentor a team of lawyers, and work closely with other practice groups on multidisciplinary matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience advising on employment and tax matters.
Proven client development skills and ability to lead a practice team; portable book of business is an advantage.
Qualified to practice in Germany (or equivalent) with strong technical knowledge of German employment and tax law.
Fluent German and strong English for client-facing work.
