Senior employment lawyer sought to join a well‑established German practice in Berlin as a salary or local partner. The role involves advising and representing domestic and international employers on contentious and non‑contentious employment matters and shaping strategic client work.

Work will include complex advisory mandates, litigation, and employment aspects of restructurings and M&A. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other professional advisers on cross‑border and domestic projects.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) with substantial experience in employment & labor law
Proven experience in both contentious and advisory work; familiarity with restructurings and employment aspects of transactions
Ability to work with international clients and professional advisers; strong commercial judgement
Fluent German (written and spoken); excellent drafting and advocacy skills
