Employment Law Associate — Employment & Labor — Paris

Join a Paris-based employment team advising multinational clients on French and cross-border employment matters. The role focuses on collective bargaining, restructuring and organisational change within a predominantly international practice.

Responsibilities include advising on French employment law, supporting collective negotiations, drafting client-ready analyses and documentation, and working closely with colleagues across other offices.

• Qualified French lawyer (CAPA) with a Master’s in Employment/Labour Law
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law; experience in an international or cross-border practice preferred
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong drafting, advisory and project-management skills; experience with collective bargaining and restructuring matters
