Typical responsibilities include advisory work on strategic employment issues, drafting opinions and client correspondence, supporting employment litigation and collaborating with other offices on international cases. There is also scope to contribute to business development and help grow the practice.
- CAPA (French Bar) and Master 2, preferably with a focus in employment law
- 0–2 years’ PQE, ideally in business law or employment practice
- Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English, including legal terminology
- Strong research and drafting skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desirable: previous employment advisory experience and interest in cross‑border matters
