Employment Lawyer / Associate — Employment & Labor, Sydney

A mid-level employment lawyer role within a national employment team, advising medium to large employers on contentious and non-contentious employment, industrial relations, discrimination, WHS, immigration and privacy matters.

The role offers hybrid working, learning and career development programs, and participation in a supportive team handling large and complex litigation and advisory matters. You will work closely with senior lawyers and contribute to client-facing work.

• 2–4 years post-admission experience in employment and industrial relations law
• Experience from a large national/international firm or a specialist employment practice preferred
• Strong drafting, technical and analytical skills; attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication, client-service focus and ability to prioritise
