Senior Associate — Employment, Labour & Safety (Sydney)

Leading national law practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Sydney employment, labour and workplace safety team. The role will handle complex employment disputes, strategic industrial relations matters and workplace health & safety advice for a mix of public- and private-sector clients.

You'll work on high‑profile, precedent‑setting matters alongside senior lawyers, taking ownership of files, supervising junior team members and contributing to practice development.

• Admitted lawyer in an Australian jurisdiction
• Several years' post‑admission experience in employment/industrial relations and workplace health & safety law, at senior associate level or equivalent
• Proven experience in litigation and advisory work, including advising employers on complex disciplinary, redundancy and industrial challenges
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client management skills; ability to supervise junior staff
