Join a newly established employment team in Belfast that will work closely with the London employment group and regional/global colleagues. The team advises on the full range of domestic and cross-border employment matters for multinational and blue‑chip clients across multiple sectors.

The role offers exposure to high‑quality, varied work including transactional employment input (diligence, TUPE, carve‑outs and post‑acquisition integration), multi‑jurisdictional compliance projects, complex litigation and strategic HR advisory matters. Some travel may be required.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
1–3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with relevant employment experience
Experience from a recognised employment practice or similar high‑quality training seat
Knowledge of TUPE, redundancies, Employment Tribunal litigation (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing) and transactional employment work
Strong academics, commercial mindset and client relationship skills
