Employment Lawyer — Employment & Labor, Belfast

Join a newly established Belfast employment team within a leading international practice, working closely with the London office and other global hubs. The team advises on the full range of domestic and cross-border employment matters for large corporate clients across multiple sectors.

Work will include advising on transactional employment issues (including TUPE and post‑acquisition integrations), multi‑jurisdictional projects, complex employment litigation, strategic HR advisory, investigations and data subject access requests. Some travel may be required.

• Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
• 4–6 years' PQE in employment law, gained at a leading employment practice
• Strong employment litigation experience (ET claims, discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing) and transactional employment work (TUPE, diligence, integrations)
• Commercial mindset, excellent client‑facing skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones
