Apply in confidence →A leading international law firm's flexible legal-resourcing team is seeking experienced employment lawyers to join its consultant/contract pool in Sydney. Roles are typically hybrid and offer flexible hours, working on a mix of advisory, compliance, investigations and employment litigation matters for large corporate clients across Australia.
Typical engagements include employee relations, disciplinary and termination matters, industrial disputes and enterprise bargaining, WHS and anti-discrimination compliance, payroll remediation and large-scale remediation programs, and interactions with employment regulators. The team provides operational support and a platform to deliver work in a digitally enabled, commercial environment.

- Minimum 5 years' employment law experience (PQE)
- Demonstrated experience across employment advisory, investigations, litigation and regulatory interactions
- Experience with WHS, anti-discrimination matters, collective bargaining/IR and payroll or remediation programs desirable
- Ability to manage complex matters, influence stakeholders and work autonomously
- Right to live and work in Australia and hold (or be able to obtain) a current practising certificate
- Willingness to engage on a consulting/incorporated legal practice or casual employment basis
