Flexible consulting opportunity for an employment lawyer to support large organisational clients via a global firm's flexible legal resourcing platform. The role suits an experienced employment lawyer seeking contract/consulting work or a move into a consulting model while advising on a broad mix of workplace issues.

Work will span employee relations, employment litigation and investigations, compliance and advisory work (including discrimination, privacy and safety), collective bargaining/industrial relations and transactional employment matters. Expect to liaise with internal stakeholders, regulators and external advisers and to manage complex remediation, payroll compliance or workplace safety programs.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
Demonstrable experience across employee relations, litigation/investigations, regulatory interactions and collective bargaining
Experience advising on workplace safety, anti-discrimination and compliance programs
Proven ability to manage large, complex employment matters and influence senior stakeholders
Current Australian practising certificate and right to work in Australia
