The role is based in the Austin office and involves courtroom and agency representation, management-side counseling, and handling individual and class/collective matters. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Juris Doctor (ABA‑accredited) with strong academic credentials
3+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor focus strongly preferred
Active Texas bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly
Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws and agency procedures
Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and project-management skills
