National law firm is seeking an Employment & Labor associate to join multiple U.S. offices. The role covers transactional and advisory work as well as contentious matters across employment and labor law.

Typical responsibilities include advising clients on employment-law issues, conducting M&A-related employment diligence, and drafting employment, separation, and restrictive-covenant agreements. The position is open to candidates across several U.S. offices; exact office placement will be discussed during the process.

The advertised annual base salary range is $260,000 to $420,000, with final compensation determined by class year, skills, and experience.

  • 3–7 years' post-qualification experience (classes 2019–2023).
  • Experience on transactional matters and M&A-related employment diligence.
  • Proven track record drafting employment, separation, and restrictive-covenant agreements.
  • Experience with labor & employment litigation and client advising.
