Apply in confidence →We are seeking an associate with employment litigation experience to join a well-established national labor & employment practice in the Cleveland office. The role focuses on defending employers in a broad range of employment-related disputes and administrative charges.
Day-to-day responsibilities include litigating and defending claims (including class/collective matters), representing employers in court, arbitration and mediations, advising and training management on employment-law compliance, and handling agency proceedings. The position operates on a hybrid work model.
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- 2+ years' experience; prior employment/labor litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Admission to the Ohio bar in good standing.
- Familiarity with federal and state agency procedures and employment-law litigation.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
