Seeking a mid-level employment litigation associate to join a busy labor & employment team in Cleveland. The role offers significant responsibility across the litigation lifecycle, including legal research, drafting memoranda, motions and pleadings, managing discovery, attending court conferences, and conducting workplace investigations.

Candidates will work directly with sophisticated business clients and external counsel, counseling on employment-law matters and preparing dispositive filings and position statements. The group is collaborative and places emphasis on attorney development, writing and speaking opportunities, and firm-wide professional training.

Prior experience in employment litigation (mid-level associate).
Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills; comfort preparing motions and pleadings.
Experience with discovery, investigations, and court appearances.
Ability to manage client contact and communicate effectively with business clients and opposing counsel.
Team-oriented, professional, and committed to ongoing development in employment law.
