Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney — Insurance Coverage

Senior-level insurance coverage role supporting a national and international coverage practice. The position is based in California (Los Angeles or San Francisco) with hybrid working and regular collaboration with colleagues across the firm’s global network.

The role involves advising insurers on coverage issues, preparing coverage opinions, and representing insurers in coverage disputes. Responsibilities combine advisory work and contested litigation, with opportunities for depositions, motion practice and courtroom advocacy.

Competitive salary range is advertised; remote working arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Minimum of 7 years' insurance coverage experience (coverage opinions and litigation).
• Proven experience advising insurance companies and drafting coverage opinions, pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Litigation experience including discovery management, taking/defending depositions, attending court conferences and arguing motions.
• California bar admission or eligibility to practice in California; comfort working in a hybrid, cross-border environment.
