Senior Associate opportunity in a nationally recognised catastrophic injury practice. The role is open across multiple UK offices (including Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle and Sheffield) and offers hybrid working. You will lead and manage complex, high‑value defendant-side catastrophic injury claims arising from motor, employer's liability and public liability matters.

The team handles life‑changing injuries and sensitive, high‑profile cases and works closely with major insurers and international colleagues when cross‑border issues arise. The role emphasises pragmatic, commercially focused advocacy and the use of technology and data to support case strategy and client reporting.

10+ years' post‑qualified experience in catastrophic injury or serious personal injury defence work
Proven defendant claims handling across motor, employer's liability and public liability matters
Strong technical knowledge of Ogden tables and future losses
Track record of leading high‑value, sensitive cases and working within multi‑disciplinary teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills and client management ability
