Labor & Employment Associate — Dallas

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy employer-side labor & employment team in Dallas. The role focuses on litigation, primarily class and representative actions, with a mix of advisory work and workplace investigations.

Matters typically involve wage & hour and discrimination claims; candidates with prior class-action or complex employment litigation experience will be competitive. The team works for corporate employers across a range of industries.

• Approximately 3+ years' law-firm experience in employment or labor litigation (class/collective action experience strongly preferred)
• Proven litigation skills: drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery and depositions
• Experience handling wage & hour and discrimination matters on behalf of employers
• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
