Senior-level litigation attorney wanted to join a national and international insurance coverage practice in the Seattle office. The role is client-facing and will lead coverage matters for insurer clients across the Pacific Northwest, contributing to a growing regional presence.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience analyzing policy language, drafting coverage opinions and dispositive motions, managing discovery, and handling depositions and court appearances. Washington bad-faith and UIM litigation experience is especially beneficial.

The position is full-time with a hybrid working pattern and involves cross-office collaboration on national and international matters within a broadly insurance-focused practice.

Minimum of 6 years of law firm insurance-coverage and litigation experience
Licensed to practice in Washington state
Proven experience analyzing insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Experience managing all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, court conferences, and motion practice
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
Arbitration and/or trial experience preferred
