Apply in confidence →Experienced labor attorney position in a large, national employer-side employment and labor practice. The role focuses on traditional labor relations work with a mix of collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration, and employer-side employment litigation.
Day-to-day work includes handling unfair labor practice matters before the NLRB, representing management in elections, advising on union organizing and neutrality/card-check issues, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and handling grievance, arbitration and injunction matters. The role may require regular business travel and operates on a hybrid schedule.

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Approximately 9 years of post-qualification experience in labor and/or employment law, with significant litigation or labor relations experience
- Admission to the Ohio bar
- Experience handling traditional labor relations matters (NLRB charges, elections, collective bargaining, grievance/arbitration)
- Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy and project-management skills
- Familiarity with agency enforcement processes (state and federal) preferred
