Employment Litigation Associate — Employment & Labor (Atlanta)

Experienced employment litigation associate needed for a busy Atlanta office of a national employer‑side employment practice. The role focuses on defending employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, contract and related employment disputes, and handling administrative agency charges, arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings.

The position also involves counseling and training employer clients on workplace policies and risk mitigation, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and collaborating with litigation teams on class/collective matters and sensitive investigations.

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Minimum 3 years of employment or commercial litigation experience; employment law experience strongly preferred
• Active Georgia bar admission in good standing
• Familiarity with federal and state administrative agency procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and project‑management skills; ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
