Typical matters include individual and class/collective employment claims (discrimination, harassment, retaliation), contract and tort claims, and non-compete issues. The position also provides opportunity to advise employers on day-to-day employment-law compliance and risk management.

JD from an ABA‑accredited law school and strong academic record
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; employment/labor background preferred
Active Nevada bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly
Familiarity with federal and state employment agencies and court procedures
Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and project‑management skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload, work independently and as part of a team
