Employment Litigation Associate — Employment & Labor, Los Angeles

Experienced employment litigation associate role in a large, national labor & employment practice. The attorney will defend employers in single- and multi-plaintiff employment suits in court and arbitration, handle administrative charge responses and investigations, and support client counseling on employment policies and training.

The position offers hands-on litigation responsibilities, opportunities for written and speaking work, and access to structured professional development and training. The team serves a diverse employer client base across multiple industries.

• Juris Doctor and active California bar admission in good standing.
• At least 3 years' substantive California labor & employment litigation experience; civil litigation and trial experience preferred.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions and arguing motions is a plus.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, excellent organization, ability to manage multiple matters, and commitment to client service.
• Excellent academic credentials.
