Seeking judicial law clerks for an associate role in a busy Employment Litigation group, with openings in the firm’s Northern California offices (San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Sacramento).

Work will span pre‑litigation counseling, individual employment disputes and complex class/representative matters including wage & hour, discrimination and PAGA matters. The role offers early responsibility—direct client contact, motion practice, depositions, court appearances and participation in mediations.

The team emphasizes strong mentoring, formal training and collegial support. Candidates coming directly from a federal or high‑court clerkship are eligible for a significant clerkship hiring bonus.

J.D. from an accredited law school
Current membership in the California State Bar (admitted and in good standing)
Judicial clerkship experience (minimum one year)
At least 2 years additional litigation experience beyond the clerkship
Excellent academic record, outstanding writing and interpersonal skills
