National, employer-side labor & employment practice seeks an associate to join its Phoenix office. The team handles a broad mix of employment litigation and counseling for business clients and operates as part of a large, nationwide platform.

You will defend and litigate employment-related claims and agency charges, advise and train employers on workplace policies and compliance, and represent clients in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration. Matters include discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract and non-compete disputes, and collective/class litigation.

The role is client-facing and fast-paced; the team emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and practical, business-oriented solutions for employer clients. This office is an equal opportunity employer.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
2+ years of employment litigation experience preferred
Active admission to the Arizona bar in good standing
Familiarity with federal and state administrative procedures and employment statutes
Strong written and oral communication, organizational and project-management skills
