Senior associate-level opportunity in a national labor & employment practice based in Phoenix. The role is litigation-heavy, focused on defense-side employment matters including class actions, restrictive covenant and trade-secret disputes.

You'll handle day-to-day casework: taking depositions, covering hearings, conducting witness interviews, managing written discovery, and drafting persuasive briefs. The group seeks candidates who want substantive trial experience and significant responsibility.

Applicants should have solid employment law knowledge (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and comparable state laws), strong writing and analytical skills, and attention to detail. Arizona Bar membership or willingness to promptly obtain admission is required.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admission to the Arizona bar or willingness to obtain promptly
Substantial litigation experience; trial/deposition experience preferred
Familiarity with federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA)
Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage case responsibilities independently
