Growing Labor & Employment team in Phoenix is seeking an associate to handle a full range of employment matters. The role involves managing litigation and investigations, including drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing position statements, and representing clients at hearings and arbitrations.

Ideal candidates will have experience taking single-plaintiff employment cases from intake through resolution with limited supervision. The role offers regular writing, speaking and publishing opportunities and access to formal professional development programs.

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing to practice in Arizona and meet ongoing continuing-licensure requirements. Competitive firm-style employee benefits are provided.

Juris Doctor and active Arizona law license; must remain in good standing
Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience practicing in Arizona
Experience handling employment litigation (single-plaintiff matters) from start to finish preferred
Strong legal research, analytical and writing skills; courtroom and arbitration experience a plus
