Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
6+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor law experience strongly preferred
Admission to the Virginia bar or ability to obtain admission
Familiarity with federal and state employment agency procedures
Excellent written and oral communication, strong organization and project-management skills
