Leading London employment team is recruiting a Managing Associate to work on a mix of advisory and contentious employment matters. The role offers client-facing responsibility, case management, and supervision of junior fee-earners across high-quality, cross-border instructions.

The team operates a hybrid working approach with an expectation of c.60% office attendance and promotes an inclusive, supportive culture with formal adjustments available through the recruitment process.

This is an opportunity for an employment lawyer who wants to develop a visible practice within a well-resourced team, work collaboratively across practice groups, and take on increasing client and team leadership responsibilities.

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent domestic qualification).
  • Proven experience advising on employment law, including both advisory and litigation matters.
  • Track record of supervising junior lawyers and managing client relationships.
  • Strong drafting, advocacy and commercial judgement.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to travel to the London office as required.
