Senior role for an employment law practitioner to join a national UK firm’s growing employment & HR offering based in Birmingham. The team provides fixed‑fee and retained employment/HR services alongside bespoke advisory work across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, utilities, hospitality and education.

This is a client‑facing legal role within a law firm with a strong focus on relationship management and business development. You will join a growing national employment team and help expand the client base and service delivery model.

Experienced employment lawyer at partner or senior associate level
Proven business development skills and ability to win and retain client work
Solid advisory and contentious employment law experience (TUPE, dismissals, settlements, contracts, HR policies)
Comfortable working as part of a fixed‑fee/retainer service as well as on bespoke matters across multiple sectors
