Employment Senior Associate — Employment & Labor

National UK law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join an expanding employment team. The role sits within a collaborative practice that advises a broad client base across private and public sectors on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Work will include employment tribunal litigation, day-to-day HR and employment law advice, large-scale restructures and TUPE, executive severance/settlement agreements, and sensitive workplace investigations. The role involves supervising junior lawyers and supporting business development and training initiatives.

• 5–6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Proven technical employment law skills with experience of tribunal litigation and advising on restructures/TUPE.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload under pressure and to mentor junior team members.
• Commercial awareness and strong client relationship and business development skills.
