Energy Associate — Tax

Full-time associate role for attorneys with a focus on tax issues in the energy sector. The position is open across multiple Florida offices and is part of a national energy practice, working on tax planning and dispute matters affecting energy clients.

Work will combine tax advisory work with tax-related litigation and controversy, collaborating with transactions and regulatory teams. The role suits associates who handle federal and state tax questions in the energy industry and who enjoy cross-practice collaboration.

• Juris Doctor and qualification to practice in Florida (or ability to become licensed)
• Demonstrable experience on tax matters; energy-sector experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with tax controversy or litigation and comfort drafting pleadings, motions, and tax opinions
• Strong research, writing, and client-facing skills; ability to work on cross-disciplinary teams
