Energy & Infrastructure Associate — New York

Seeking a project finance associate to join a national energy and infrastructure practice in the firm's New York office. This is a full-time, partnership-track associate position working on project finance matters across the energy and infrastructure sector.

Ideal candidates will have strong drafting and communication skills, the ability to lead portions of transactions, and the judgment to work directly with clients and deal teams. New York bar admission is preferred and must be obtained within one year of joining.

• Approximately 4 years of project finance experience (PQE ~4 years)
• Prior experience at a national or international law firm preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills and initiative
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work independently with clients and colleagues
• New York bar membership preferred; required within one year of hire
