Mid-level finance associate opportunity within an energy & natural resources practice in Chicago. 3–5 years post‑qualification transactional finance experience (commercial lending, trade finance, securitizations)
Proven drafting experience on large syndicated financing facilities
Experience supervising junior associates and paralegals
Admission to the Illinois bar or reciprocity from another state

Commodities industry experience is a plus
