Mid-level associate role on a Sponsor Finance team within a corporate finance practice in Chicago. The role focuses on leveraged and sponsor-backed transactions across private equity, private credit and bank-led financings.

You will work on complex financings including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, incremental facilities and bespoke credit structures, advising sponsors, borrowers, private credit funds, alternative lenders and banks.

3-5 years' experience in leveraged/sponsor finance or related banking transactions
Experience representing private equity sponsors, borrowers, private credit funds, alternative lenders and/or banks
Track record on acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, incremental facilities and bespoke credit structures
Active member of the Illinois bar (required)
Strong drafting, deal execution and client-management skills
