Structured Transactions Midlevel/Senior Associate

A leading international law firm is seeking highly qualified midlevel or senior associates to join its structured transactions practice group. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, offering flexibility on location.

The successful candidate will work on corporate and finance transactions, with a focus on structured finance and securitization. Experience with RMBS, ABS, CLO, or other financing transactions is highly preferred but not required.

• 3+ years of law firm experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Corporate and/or finance transactions experience
• Background in structured finance and securitization preferred
• RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience preferred but not required
• Active member of the bar in the state of the office for which you are applying
