We are seeking an Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our Energy & Project Finance practice group. This role is available in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami.

Ideal candidates will have experience in project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders, with a focus on renewable power and energy transition. You should be comfortable taking significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements (including tax equity), financing agreements, and joint venture agreements.

We are looking for a team-oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment. Strong academic credentials are required.

3–5 years of experience in project finance transactions, with a focus on renewable power and energy transition
Experience representing sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders
Significant drafting experience with purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements (including tax equity), financing agreements, and joint venture agreements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Strong academic credentials
